‘After leaving the Royal Airforce in 1993, Bob joined Osprey Aviation – later known as Signature Aircraft Engineering for over 10 years. In 2004, Bob went onto join Bookajet now known JETS (Bournemouth) Ltd. Growing with the company from inception at Farnborough Airport, Bob has over 48 years’ experience in the Aviation Industry and now holds the fundamental position of JETS Maintenance Manager.’




‘Ken has worked in several aviation senior roles over a 45 year period. Ken spent 26 years in the British Airways Engineering Quality team and participated for several years as a member of the European Independent Maintenance Group (EIMG) and as the maintenance representative at EASA EAB advisory group meetings in EASA headquarters. JETS welcomed Ken and his wealth of knowledge to the team in February 2018.’



‘After leaving the Royal Navy in 2000, Phil has spent the last 15 years working in Aviation for large organizations including Signature Engineering and NetJets Europe. Phil joined JETS at Southampton Airport in 2005 as Technical Services Manager and then became JETS Continuing Airworthiness Manager in 2008. Now managing JETS’ Planning Department, Phil has a wealth of experience and has proved a key part of the company over the last 10 years.’




‘Previously working with Signature Aircraft Engineering, Douglas joined JETS when the company started in Southampton in January 2004. With over 10 years’ experience working for JETS and managing the Logistics team, Douglas represents a vital part of the management team and is responsible for all aspects of Procurement & Supply of Aircraft Parts.’




‘Initially joining JETS in 2012 as Commercial Assistant, Anita quickly progressed in her role and was promoted to Key Account Executive in October 2015. Gaining extensive experience and knowledge working within the Sales and Commercial Department over the last 5 years, Anita further progressed into the role of  Sales and Commercial Manager. Anita’s passion for Customer Care combined with her infectious enthusiasm has proved to be a key element for JETS customer support function.’



‘Previously studying in Hospitality Management, Kayleigh joined the JETS team as receptionist in early 2012. After three years, Kayleigh studied for her Level 4 Professional Certificate in Marketing and progressed into the Sales and Commercial Department. Gaining industry knowledge and experience working within the department, Kayleigh now focuses on more commercial aspects of the business in the role of Commercial and Marketing Coordinator.’
